I love fantasy novels. It’s a genre I’ve been devoted to since about 7th grade. But I’m extremely picky. Which is as it should be, there is some frighteningly bad fiction out there. Anyway, I have finally gotten my hands on a copy of A Game of Thrones. This is some epically good fantasy. I’m in geek heaven.

Jen, You are in for a treat. If you are just starting now with Game of Thrones… you have a few thousand pages of joy ahead. Martin’s books are at the very top of my list as best books I have ever read. Enjoy the geek heaven. – cbt
